Samuel holds over 30 years of experience as a CPA in Israel, as well as CFO, VP of Finance and Controller positions with public and private companies in Israel and the USA. Samuel managed the accounting, HR, Payroll, and Finance departments at small and large corporations, and has vast knowledge of California HR laws, Accounting and Reporting. In the past 15 years Samuel, as an independent consultant, provided Controller and CFO services to small and mid-sized companies in the fields of IT, Construction, Services, Finance, Media, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Online Sales and Software.
